Returns
Sartora offers you the possibility to return the product within 30 days, which means you have 30 days, after receiving your item, to request a return.
To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, never worn or unused, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will be asked for the receipt sent to the eMail address you provided when you placed your purchase order.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded using the original payment method. Please note that the bank or credit card company may take some time to process and register the refund as well.
Damage and defects
We also carefully check the quality of each product before each shipment.
However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@sartora.it if the item has any defects, if the package is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will quickly assess the problem together to find a solution to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of clearance items or gift cards.
